Getting to the School
Important Note:
- All students must be accompanied to/from the school by a responsible adult
- The customer must supply full travel information at least 14 days before the start of the course
- All children aged 14 or under should be booked onto flights as unaccompanied minors. This ensures that they are cared for by the airline staff until handed over to Stafford House Study Holidays couriers in England. This is especially important where direct flights are not possible
Airport Transfer Services
The price of the course does not include flights or transfers to/from airports. We offer individual or shared transfers to the school:
Shared Transfers – Students are met by staff and transferred together with other students. Students arriving/departing outside scheduled times must book an individual transfer.
Individual Transfers – Students are met at the airport by a driver and taken directly to the school. On return they are accompanied to check in. If a student has booked an unaccompanied minor service from the airline there is an additional charge of £50 for supervision.

Shared Transfers
- Leeds-Bradford £50 each way. Arrival times 14:00 to 20:00. Departures times 08:30 to 12:30
- Manchester £80 each way. Arrival times 11:00 to 17:00. Departures times 08:00 to 14:00
For arrivals outside of these times students must book an individual transfer.
Individual (Taxi) Transfers
- Leeds-Bradford £80 each way
- Manchester £130 each way

Cheltenham
Recommended airports: Bristol, London Heathrow.
Shared Transfers
- London Heathrow £150 each way. Arrival times 14:00 to 20:00. Departures times 08:30 to 12:30
- Bristol: £80 each way. Arrival times 11:00 to 17:00. Departures times 08:00 to 14:00
For arrivals outside of these times students must book an individual transfer.
