Getting to the School

Important Note:

• All students must be accompanied to/from the school by a responsible adult
• The customer must supply full travel information at least 14 days before the start of the course
• All children aged 14 or under should be booked onto flights as unaccompanied minors. This ensures that they are cared for by the airline staff until handed over to Stafford House Study Holidays couriers in England. This is especially important where direct flights are not possible
• Under UK Borders Agency rules, all students must carry a letter of Permission to Travel, signed by a parent/guardian. This letter will be provided by Stafford House Study Holidays once flight details have been received.

Airport Transfer Services

The price of the course does not include flights or transfers to/from airports.

Airport transfers are available at extra cost - students are met at the airport and taken directly to the school. On return they are accompanied to check in. If a student is booked in as an Unaccompanied Minor on departure there is an additional charge of £50 to cover extra supervision at the airport until the airline formally accepts the student.
